You can make an oral or poster presentation at the conference.

Firstly, send your work to the e-mail address below for referee evaluation.

The result of the referee evaluation will be sent to you within 10 days.

If your work is accepted for presentation at the conference, you must pay the participation fee to receive the acceptance letter. We will send you the participation fee payment methods together with your acceptance document.

The Conference Participation Fee : (Türkiye'den katılımcılarımızın dikkatine: 1 Amerikan Doları=12 TL olarak hesaplayabilirsiniz)

1st October to 1st June : 70 USD. (for student 50 USD)

2nd June to 1st August : 100 USD. (for student 70 USD)

Congress fee includes only the congress booklet, acceptance certificate and participation certificate. The participant can present 1 paper with the participation fee paid. For each additional paper, he/she has to pay 20 USD.

Participants who want conference presentations to be published in full text are required to send their full-text studies to iconatconference@gmail.com address until the start date of the Congress.

In accordance with the conditions of the pandemic, the congress can be held online by evaluating the pandemic situation in the world at the date of the congress.

Your presentations at the conference can be oral presentations or poster presentations.

If your work is accepted for presentation at the conference, you must pay the participation fee to receive the acceptance letter. You can pay the congress participation fee by credit card from the relevant section below. After you pay the congress participation fee, we will send you the official acceptance document.
